At Oscar Almaraz LLC, we strive to offer high-quality services with clear policies. By booking any service, you agree to the following refund terms.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• No-Shows: If the client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

• Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: A 30% fee will be charged, and no full refund will be provided.

• Late Rescheduling Requests: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be treated as cancellations, with a 30% fee applied.

 

3. Refundable Services

• Early Cancellations: If the client cancels the session at least 24 hours in advance, they may choose between a full refund or rescheduling the appointment without additional charges.

• Cancellations by Oscar Almaraz LLC: If the session is canceled by us for any reason, the client can opt for a full refund or reschedule the session.

 

4. Digital Products

​

• Undownloaded Products: Refunds may be offered if the client has not downloaded the digital product and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase.

• Downloaded Products: No refunds will be issued for digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed.

 

5. Refund Processing

​

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days from the date of the request.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
