Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the tarot reading services provided by Oscar Almaraz LLC ("the Tarot Reader"). By booking a session, the client ("the Seeker") fully agrees to these terms and conditions. 2. Nature of the Service Tarot readings offered by Oscar Almaraz LLC are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice in areas such as medicine, psychology, finance, law, or any other discipline. Seekers are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making any decisions based on the reading. 3. Appointment Scheduling Advance Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not accepted. Urgent Sessions: Oscar Almaraz LLC does not provide emergency or urgent tarot readings. 4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Punctuality Policy Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 30% of the service fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only allowed with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as a cancellation and subject to a 30% charge of the service fee. No-Show Policy: If the Seeker fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice, 80% of the service fee will be charged. Punctuality: Seekers are expected to arrive or connect at the scheduled time. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of the session, with 30% of the service fee charged. 5. Payments and Refunds Advance Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Refund Policy: No full refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice. If Oscar Almaraz LLC cancels the session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered at the Seeker's preference. 6. Limitation of Liability Oscar Almaraz LLC is not responsible for any decisions or actions the Seeker takes based on the tarot reading. The interpretation and use of the information provided are the sole responsibility of the Seeker. 7. Confidentiality All sessions are confidential. Information shared during the reading will not be disclosed to third parties without the Seeker’s explicit consent, except where required by law. 8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions Oscar Almaraz LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website or direct communication to the Seeker.
